Hi, I had orthognathic surgery. I was diagnosed with prognathism. I had both deformity and biting disorders. The stitches were opened completely into my mouth during the surgery and my lower jaw and lower teeth were placed back. So both of my problems were fixed. My doctor was quite experienced in this surgery so I trusted him. I am happy with the result.
